Board Prototype
When trying to get a game out there, where do I start?
I have a game idea, not a video game, a board game, and I am wondering where I am supposed to go with the idea? Do I have to have a general sized prototype or can I go in with my miniature or what? Thanks
Well, I haven’t tried anything like this myself, I’d suggest checking out Board Game Geek for help from other people who have had games published. There’s an entire area in the forums dedicated to what to do when you want to publish a game. The link is below.
I’d say that the first forum there is probably going to be the most helpful, but I haven’t read any of them myself.
It looks like maybe the “Industry Sources” thread might be helpful too.
